Even if you have a very high powered processor sometime you may have noticed note that your PC is slow so what are the main cause for this is that some programs are keep running in the background resulting in slowing down your PC.

So how do you know which programs are running in the background this can be done by following below steps for windows based devices.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del > Task Manager 

In the Task Manager you can find the status of programs like CPU , Memory , Disk etc. which programs are currently running.
