How to use VLC Media Player Always on top feature

A very cool feature of VLC Media Player is Always on top. 
To enable this first you need to follow following steps :

Open VLC Media Plaer > Tools > Preferences > Video > Click on Always on top > Save

The main advantage of this is that VLC Media Player will keep on playing when you are browsing the net and it will play side by side. Only you need to minimize the size of VLC Player window accordingly.
